You may be unaware of the Bombay blood type or the Darvaza crater in the middle of the desert that has been burning for half a century, but you cannot help but be aware of the existence of COVID-19, which has been the focus of every newspaper, news story, and social media platform since it was first discovered in January 2020 in China. The pandemic's unmistakable negative impact on every aspect of life is beyond dispute. Nevertheless, when viewed through a different lens, the pandemic has several beneficial effects on how people live, most notably by establishing positive habits through the birth and spread of trends.

When we discuss trends, we automatically think of TikTok, the name is no longer strange, and the app has become a source of inspiration for many people's content creation in recent years. The fantastic platform with the motto "Anyone can be creative" has spawned a slew of interesting initiatives aimed at promoting each individual's development in addition to simply transmitting entertainment information. So how did TikTok accomplish this feat?

Through TikTok's "Stay At Home" campaign, which began in March 2020 in collaboration with UNICEF, the spirit of self-isolation is promoted, and users are encouraged to share activities occurring at home. but no less enjoyable or interesting as a result. Numerous hashtags such as #onhanauan (Stay at home to cook), #onhakhoemanh (Stay healthy at home), #onhalamdep (Stay at home to beautify), and #onhahocbai (Stay at home to study) were used to promote the campaign. and contribute to the transformation of many young people's lifestyles during the recent complex epidemic.

Home-cooking

With hectic work schedules and stressful studies, it's possible that many people no longer "roll into the kitchen" to eat. People can gradually change their lazy and hurried cooking habits at home, which are prevalent among many young people. The popularity of garlic butter bread and Dalgona coffee has prompted more people to take the initiative in the kitchen, creating their delectable dishes in their small kitchens. From there, individuals can concentrate on nutrition and health while also ensuring the food's hygiene, as they prepare ingredients and cook directly.

Glow-up

"How significant is physical appearance?" Perhaps this is a question to which everyone can respond. In the middle of the 4.0 era, people were becoming increasingly concerned with their appearance and health, in addition to expanding knowledge and abilities. As a result of this trend, people take better care of themselves in terms of hair, clothing, and makeup and have a space to express their individuality and identity. Notable is the "Quarantine Glow-up," which was a popular trend during the epidemic's early stages. The rapid growth of Australian fitness vlogger Chloe Ting, who has doubled her subscriber counts and video views in just three months, demonstrates the movement's popularity. With the goal of undergoing a makeover while confined to their homes, a large number of young people have collaborated on specific steps or committed to completing the challenges of "Makeover" for an extended period, something that is not easy and requires long-term perseverance. Thus, healthy eating habits, regular exercise, and plenty of water consumption are all factors that must be maintained in order to progress toward the desired destination.

Home-studying

We live in a "flat world" where all pieces of information can be accessed using only an electronic device with an internet connection, so why not take advantage of the convenience as well as the time to amass and hone your knowledge? Self-taught, like the wand of Harry Potter, you will be unable to perform miracles without it. Hence, always maintain that "cane" as a habit and "transform" the universal knowledge values into your own. However, avoid becoming so absorbed in the cycle of work, study, and development training that you lose sight of your family. The Covid-19 pandemic forces people to spend more time at home, which serves as an incentive for people to bond with their family members. Love does not have to be expressed verbally, instead, spend some time each day chatting and watching a TV show together on weekends, etc. Make those small actions a habit and constantly communicate and share the feelings with your family.

๐“๐„๐ƒ๐ฑ๐‡๐€๐๐” ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ hopes that this article will provide a fresh perspective on the Covid 19 epidemic and social media trends. Not just the "characters" that many people associate with negativity, these are the motivating flames that will assist you in lighting the torch that will illuminate the path to becoming a better version of yourself. However, if the habit of "making fire" is gradually lost, the fire cannot burn indefinitely. So, how do we maintain these beneficial behaviors? Let's find out in the next post from ๐“๐„๐ƒ๐ฑ๐‡๐€๐๐” ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ.
