Referring to Minimalism, we instantly think of a way of living that reduces the number of possessions we have to carry about and the amount of stress we experience. But, have you ever heard of Mental Minimalism?

1. Mental Minimalism

Think of mental health as the architectural spaces of a house, too much thinking is like owning too much stuff, making it difficult to maintain order. You should also purge your mind of the jumbled-up ideas, feelings, and memories that have accumulated there. It's important to note that by "elimination," we don't mean getting rid of all the existing negative ideas. Unfortunately, even if we had the desire, we would be unable to do this. Instead, concentrate on acceptance and then adjusting your behaviour and reaction to a specific influence to behave differently.

2. Honest

A "minimalist mentality" begins with being honest with oneself about one's thoughts. This "honesty pill" can assist you in seeing the flaw in your thinking and identifying what you truly desire.

What you can do right now to be genuine to yourself:

- Reevaluate the usage of social networks and electronic devices:

If each day has 24 hours, how much time do you spend staring at computer displays or on social media? Don't just use them because you've always done it. Because spending too much time online might have a negative impact on your mental health.

Eliminate toxic relationships and unfriend strangers on Facebook. A good method to relieve yourself of stress is to avoid or limit your interactions with people who make you feel stressed or anxious.

- Admit your mistakes, but don't blame yourself too much:

Making errors is a necessary part of the development process, and individuals should be honest about their faults without being overly judgmental or harsh. The purpose of recognizing is not to cause harm to one's self-esteem, but to develop every day and create tolerance even for the most vulnerable.

"Mental minimalism" is a difficult practice that needs a lot of patience. This allows people to concentrate on the most important things while also reducing the amount of time they spend thinking about the things that are bothersome. That's why 𝐓𝐄𝐃𝐱𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐔 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 wants to bring "Reflection" so that you can start "minimizing your mind" in the easiest way. One more thing, ALL of the stories sent will be re-illustrated.
